The Corporate Pinewood Derby Challenge is a fun and exciting way to dig up those old Cub Scout memories and create new ones with your co-workers as you compete against other companies to show off your engineering skills. We'll provide you with a set of pinewood derby cars. Have your employee race team decorate, modify, and prepare your cars for the big race based on official BSA pinewood Derby rules. Offical rules and your race team kit will be sent to you upon registration. In 2011, teams from Milwaukee-area companies competed in a familiar Cub Scout tradition by racing homemade pinewood derby cars down a track. Participating companies included: Brew City Plumbing and Heating, Key Technical, P&H Mining, Patrick Cudahy and RAABE Company. The teams competed for trophies in categories like fastest car, best corporation, best of show and best dressed pit crew. Winners from the 2011 evening were: · Best of Corporation: P&H Mining · Best of Show: Patrick Cudahy · Fastest 1st Place: RAABE Company Fastest 2nd Place: Brew City Plumbing and Heating · Fastest 3rd Place: Patrick Cudahy Patrick Cudahy also won the trophy for Best Dressed Pit Crew.
