About our Guest Speaker Mr. Rich Meeusen:

The 2010 Leadership Breakfast is chaired by Richard Meeusen, Chairman, President & CEO of Badger Meter, Inc., a leading manufacturer and marketer of flow measurement and control products worldwide.

Rich graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1976 with a BBA in accounting.  He immediately joined the audit division of the Milwaukee office of Arthur Andersen & Co. and received his CPA certificate in 1978.  Rich received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1995. 

He joined Badger Meter, Inc., in 1995 as vice president-finance and chief financial officer.  In April 2002, he was elected president and chief executive officer and was elected chairman in April 2004.  Rich is also active in Scouting.  He serves on the board of the Milwaukee County Council, Boy Scouts of America.  He serves on boards of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc., the Greater Milwaukee Committee, the Milwaukee Public Museum, The Nature Conservancy and the United Performing Arts Fund.  He also serves as a trustee of the Milwaukee YMCA and as co-chair of the Milwaukee 7 Water Council.  Rich and his wife Maribeth live in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.  They have two grown children, Matthew and Julie.
