The objective of the Diversity Achievers Breakfast is to recognize leading individuals, corporations and organizations for their significant contributions in building the awareness of diversity issues and initiatives in the Milwaukee community. The Diversity Achievers Awards Breakfast showcases the Scoutreach program that gives special leadership and emphasis to urban Scouting         programs, and raises funds for the Milwaukee metro area’s Scouting programs.  The programs also showcases Scouting to community leaders to further cultivate Scouting supporters.

Scoutreach is the Boy Scouts of America’s commitment to making sure that all young people have an opportunity to join   Scouting, regardless of their economic circumstances, neighborhood or ethnic background.
